We are seeking a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator with an interest in working in an orthopedic
outpatient clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in being in a clinical setting,
having a strong desire to help people, and is someone who wants to obtain a long-term position in a
family-like environment where we strive to put our patients first!
As the Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing
exceptional customer service and administrative support throughout the clinic. Ensuring a smooth flow
throughout the clinic is key to providing the best care we can for our patients.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Welcoming Patients
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining the schedule
- Answering phones and emails
- Ensuring patients attend their scheduled appointments
- New patient intake and communications
- Verifying insurance coverage and providing explanation of benefits to patients
- Handling and processing authorizations
