We believe that answering your questions is an important part of physical therapy. In this section we will answer some of your most frequently asked questions because we want you to feel comfortable enough to give us a call when you need physical therapy. If there is something we forgot, please let us know so we can help you and future patients.
At Loudoun Sports Therapy Center, our physical therapists are highly educated, licensed health care professionals who are dedicated to helping their patients get well. We treat all conditions requiring physical therapy but our main focus is orthopedic and sports related injuries and conditions and we offer services to patients from age 6 and up.
We offer convenient hours before and after your work or school day to help you work around your schedule. We open Monday through Friday at 6:30am and are open until 7pm Monday – Thursday. Our front office staff work with you to find the best times for your appointments and our clinicians offer a variety of appointment times.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
To bring on your first visit:
- A prescription (if needed) for physical therapy from your referring physician, ARNP, or PA.
- Insurance information (we will make a copy of your card).
- Print out the patient forms, fill them out, and bring them with you.
- In case of an automobile accident or worker’s compensation claim, also bring any case manager or insurance adjuster contact names, phone numbers, and claim number.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork, so you can maximize your time in your evaluation.
- Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your problem areas.
