Physical Therapy Helps You Live Life Pain-Free!

At Loudoun Sports Therapy Center we want to make sure that you continue to experience the pain-free relief, improved mobility, increased function, and strength.  Our Medically Supervised Fitness Program allows you to continue to maintain all the gains that you achieved during therapy under the direction of our expert physical therapy team.

The program is open to current and past patients and even those members of the community who have never been a patient but would like to exercise in a supervised environment under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.  Our expert team of clinicians will design an exercise program based on your goals and needs.  We will instruct you in the use of all of our equipment, provide you with an exercise program, and then we will continuously monitor you during your workouts here in our facility.

You are never alone when participating in our Supervised Fitness Program.  Have a new goal, a question, a race you want to train for, or a new ache or pain?  Our expert staff is here to help you.  The biggest benefit of our Fitness Program is that you are never alone as you strive for optimal performance, function, and mobility.

Loudoun Sports Therapy Center is excited to partner with Personal Trainer and Health Coach, Millie Betts. Millie has more than 30 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, health coach, fitness instructor, and weight loss specialist.

Once our patients have completed their physical therapy here, we want to make sure we provide them with the tools and resources they need to continue their health and wellness regimen.
