Loudoun Sports Therapy Center

Mike Bills, MPT, CEO and Owner

Mike is the owner and CEO of Loudoun Sports Therapy Center.  He graduated from Herndon High School and went on to Graduate with his Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Springfield College in Massachusetts in 1993.

As a high school and college athlete Mike became interested in preventing and treating injuries through his own visits to a physical therapist.  His strong desire to help others and his understanding of the need to recover from injury led him to work in orthopedics. Through his expertise in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Mike has been able to help others achieve great results and recover from injury and illness.

Mike started his career working as a physical therapist for Loudoun Sports Therapy Center and grew to become the director and then took over as owner in 2002. His vision for Loudoun Sports Therapy is to ensure that we provide the best care possible to all patients and that care is always directed at each individual patient’s needs. While Mike has moved on to a management role, he works to hire only the best physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. Because the highest quality of care is the only acceptable level of care, Mike ensures that his physical therapy staff are well trained and have a strong desire to help their patients and the community get great results and achieve a high quality of life.

Mike strongly believes in giving back to the community and has been a long-time Boy Scout Leader and Soccer Coach.  He sees the purpose of Loudoun Sports Therapy Center to provide not only the highest quality of care available for all physical therapy patients but also to give back to the community. Some local events and initiatives that LSTC participates in each year are Toys for Tots, Food Drive for Interfaith Relief, Backpack and School Supply Drive for local schools, as well as sponsoring local sports teams. The staff are all encouraged to give back to the community as well and because of this you will see our physical therapists and athletic trainers offering regular workshops and talks to community members.

“Don’t let pain limit you. We Care. We Listen. We Get RESULTS!”
