Summertime is a great time to check off some of your bucket list items. It’s why ‘Complete a TOUGH MUDDER’ was on my list and I crossed it off this summer.
If you’ve never seen a Tough Mudder, picture this: thousands of people running and rolling through gallons of mud, helping each other climb over slippery walls, crawling under barbed wire through muddy water… It sounds messy and it is!

How to Quickly Relieve Knee Pain
Your knees are one of the most complicated joints in your body, having to take the force of up to 6 times your body weight. On average your knee joint will bend over one million times in just one year, so it is no wonder that things can go wrong. The vast majority of knee pain can be quickly alleviated with the right physical therapy, without the need for painful injections or medication. Physical therapy should be tried first, before any more aggressive procedures, such as surgery are performed.

Getting older certainly has its perks! There’s retirement, more time for family events and activities, opportunities to travel, and the ability to finally sit back, kick your feet up for a while and let your hard work pay off.
